Version 0.18.1: bug fixes and future plans


After the release of the previous version, a serious bug was discovered in it: supply zones from warehouses were calculated incorrectly. Read more about the supply zones in the previous devlog:

List of fixes and updates in version 0.18.1:

1. Fixed a bug related to the supply system. 

2. You can see the list of technologies that will be introduced in update 0.19.

Now let's talk in more detail about the 2nd point. After the last update, I started implementing the game mechanics of technology and industry. From what I have already implemented, these are 3 pages with 20 different technologies. You can click on each of them and find out more information.

This has already been implemented, and now let's move on to the plans. Each city will have several cells for various buildings, such as factories or research institutes. The latter will be needed for the research of new technologies. Since different technologies relate to different fields of knowledge, the institutes will be divided into general and specialized for different fields of science and technology such as materials science, ammunition or electronics. A specialized institute will study the technology related to it faster than a regular one. What has been implemented is a small part of what was planned, but I need to start with a simple one. A draft version of the complete technological tree for shipbuilding is presented below.
